When placing an order by phone, fax, or email, inform us how and when to return your call. We will call you to verify your order and shipping address, collect your credit card information, or establish your method of payment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Government Purchase Cards on phone, fax, and mail orders. Do not email us your credit card information. Email us your contact information and we will call you for your credit card number.

For phone, fax, and mail orders: Give us your name, the billing address associated with your credit card, your phone number (home and/or work), your card number and card expiration date, plus the phone number of the bank that issued your credit card. The bank phone number is on the back of your credit card. We may contact your credit card company to check if the ship-to address you specified has been listed with them. We may also ask you to verify any different ship-to address in writing. This is done to prevent credit card fraud. Your card will not be charged until the items are shipped.

All orders are shipped prepaid. We do not accept COD orders or cash.

GOVERNMENT PURCHASES

TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Inc. accepts purchase orders, government credit cards and is registered in the CCR. Credit card micro purchases and small acquisition purchases are accepted over the phone. We will provide rapid response to requests for a quotation or special requests. We are a HubZone certified, small, Vietnam Era Vet, Minority owned business.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We usually ship by FedEx Ground. First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight Services, 2 Day, and Express Saver are available for an additional charge. Please provide a street address, since FedEx can’t deliver to Post Office Boxes. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise) and are subject to additional shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change when FedEx passes rate increases on to us.

RETURNS

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. See our Limited 90-Day Warranty information below. It is our goal to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. If you need to return your order due to a manufacturing defect, please call us at 208-793-4045 during our business hours to discuss returning your order. We will replace any item that is defective.

If you want to return your order for any other reason, please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee. Please call us (208-793-4045) before returning the merchandise so that we can issue a Credit Return Authorization Number. Returns can be made only within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee and minus the shipping costs within 30 days of receipt. We ask that the merchandise be returned in its original new condition to receive a refund.

TTT/Mission First!™ tries in good faith to provide accurate information in our online catalog. We are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. Policies, pricing and item availability are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to limit quantities.

LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Incorporated warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the product and is not transferable. During the 90 day warranty period, TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Incorporated will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product at no additional charge. Return the product, shipping prepaid, to TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Incorporated. Call for a Credit Return Authorization Number before returning any product. The purchaser is responsible for insuring any product so returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipping. All replaced parts and products become the property of TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Incorporated. Dated proof-of-purchase must be provided by the purchaser when requesting warranty replacement.

DISCLAIMER

This limited warranty does not extend to any products, which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Incorporated. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Incorporated expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. All implied warranties, including implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. In the event the product is not free from defects as warranted above the Purchaser’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. Under no circumstances will TriTech Training/Mission First!™, Incorporated be liable to the Purchaser or any user for any damages, including any incidental or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings or other damages for consumer products and some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and does not affect your statutory rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.
